Much of my extracurricular engagements at the college level are with Colgate's Outdoor Education program. As a student staff member, I'’ve completed 9-months of advanced guide and medical training and now lead groups of incoming freshmen on pre-orientation wilderness trips as well as peers on trips for PE credit and just for fun! I specialize in whitewater kayaking, rock climbing, ice climbing, and backcountry ski touring. Outdoor Education consumes most of my time outside the classroom and you'll often find me climbing at our indoor wall, going for a swim, or prepping gear for an upcoming expedition. I now serve as the climbing specialist where I oversee our rock and ice climbing trips and foster staff development.
In the 2019-20 school year, I joined the Eye of the Storm club at St. Luke's school and was appointed as co-producer alongside the club's founder. Under my guidance, we grew the club from 31 to 61 members. The club, now an integral part of life at St. Luke's, focuses upon creating video and podcast content relevant to our community. Now, I serve as the club's producer and head of editing and visual effects where I train members in industry-standard applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Foundry's Nuke, and Cinema 4D. Check out the club's website below and our latest project of a virtual tour video for the school on this page!

In 2017, I founded Immaculate High School's film and animation club. As the club's president, I grew the club from nothing until we eventually won that statewide Battle of the Fans video competition in 2019.
